Title: Website updates

Long-time customers will probably remember the previous versions of this website - somewhat functional, but probably not looking as good as it does today. We are currently working on enhancing this website even further, to provide additional features for customers on a Support Plan, including the ability to lodge & track Support Requests online, search an extensive knowledgebase, watch interactive how-to movies, and so on.
One of the core features will be the login-system & 'control panel' (for lack of a better phrase) that customers will have access to, once they have logged in. We are currently working on these systems, and over time, we envisage they will provide customers with a central place to interact with StorMan Staff - for Sales / Upgrades, Technical Support, Training and changes to existing setups.
In order to develop something suitable for our
customer base, we decided to ask them (our customers) what they wanted.
We had some excellent results from this survey - which will be published
in this week's 'Weekly TechTip'; so keep an eye out for it in your inbox
