Hello everyone, Ben here... and I am pleased to say I can now update you on the recent training I have conducted. I recently had the pleasure of rolling out the new StorMan v7.2.0 to National Storage (Australia) and train, across their group, their 157 staff members.
Two weeks on, it seems that v7.2.0 was an immediate success and was welcomed by all who had the chance to use the new software and attended the training. The most commonly asked questions regarding the new version were directly related to new functionality we have made within the customer processing screens. However, I am very excited to launch the 'Sales and Quoting' system.
This new system allows staff to quote and record multiple units, insurance and removals (in fact - anything your company sells can now be quoted upon!). This is a huge step forward. Look out for training sessions on this new feature shortly.
Overall, training for the new version has gone really
well and I am looking forward to showing even more people how to take
advantage of the new features we have in StorMan. If you're keen,
