Fully integrated StorMan/ECHO Web Transaction Gateway
When a credit card is swiped and a credit card authorization process is initiated, the information is sent directly to a credit card processor. From there, the information is transmitted to the card-issuing bank through a bankcard association, where the transaction is either approved or declined. Finally, the bankcard association transmits the approval or decline back to the terminal or POS device.
During the credit card authorization process, a card may decline if it is expired or has insufficient funds. The transaction may also be declined if the card has been reported missing or if there has been suspicious activity on it. There is no debt collecting default for credit cards.
However, we do offer collections for our check products. The merchant would sign up for this service when they complete the merchant application. If the check is returned after the third presentation then the item is debited from the merchants account (unless they sign up for check guarantee) and sent to ECHO for collections where the in-house collections department will contact the check writer and attempt to collect on the item. The more information ECHO has on the check writer i.e.: drivers license, phone number and address, the better the chance of collecting. (Note : This integration is a work in progress).

Your copy of StorMan can be installed for you on your computer via the web. Requires an internet connection.

Payment Terms
Payment for the purchase of StorMan software is due upon order. The first payment for Rent to Buy of StorMan software is due upon order and on the first day of the calendar month (in advance) thereafter.
Each StorMan installation comes with 12 months support. Payment for the first 6 months support is due upon order, payment for the second 6 months is due upon the 6 month anniversary of purchase. StorMan support can also be purchased monthly, in advance.
