When introduced to StorMan, I was looking specifically for a tenant management software facilitated by a few features, such as the ability to email tenants from inside of the management software and the ability to generate invoices to prompt payments for rents due or late fees. A management system that supports customizable forms, and makes it easy to adapt documents for specific functions. StorMan is an excellent program that does just that.

StorMan also does the basics of navigating through tenants, and taking payments. As I explored the demo version of the software I found it easy to navigate and very user friendly. StorMan is the perfect software to run and incorporate into your self storage business, it makes some of the others look prehistoric. My sales rep. Wayne Roycroft explained everything to me perfectly and very thoroughly. He walked me through everything step by step and made it a very simple process from start to finish.
