One-line wonders
I started using StorMan in September 2009, and Nick has been my main point of contact for any queries I have had in relation to the software. I have been hugely impressed by Nick's customer service and his technical knowledge. He has been invaluable in me getting to grips with StorMan and in exploring the various reports and functions the software can provide to help us run our business.
Nothing is too much trouble and the fact Nick knows how StorMan is set up for our particular facility has been extremely valuable. He is patient and has an ability to explain and interpret reports and functionality in layman's terms, that has saved me a lot of time in the long run. A combination of all of these factors gives me 100% confidence in his work, and I cannot praise the assistance he has given me highly enough.
Never have I had a company work so hard to ensure that I receive a quality product & superb training. If you don't use the StorMan solution, you're making a mistake.
