What is the Dashboard Calendar section?
The Calendar section on the StorMan Dashboard is tied in with the Notes section immediately beneath it - allowing you to add notes for any day on the calendar. To change the month or year, use the dropdown boxes provided on the calendar. To change the day, click on the numbered date icons.
While you can manually enter notes into the calendar's notes section for any date, the notes section is also automatically populated by StorMan. StorMan will populate the notes section for a specific day, when:
- Someone is scheduled to move in on that day
- Someone is scheduled to move out on that day
- A unit reservation is scheduled for that day
- A sales enquiry needs to be followed up (usually 1 day after a sales enquiry is entered into the system; see: <insert text here>)
- Stock for a particular merchandise item is running low (see: <insert text here>)
